Refund/Return Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit

A $50 upfront fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
This fee secures your project slot and covers early-stage planning and design prep work.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable to the remaining project fee ($200 for basic sites) and under the following conditions:

Before Any Work Begins:
If the client cancels before development starts, a partial refund excluding the $50 deposit may be processed.
After Work Has Started:
No refunds will be issued once the website draft, mockup, or any part of the project is delivered.
After Final Delivery:
No refunds are available after the project is completed and handed over.

No Refund Conditions

You are not eligible for a refund if:

You changed your mind after receiving the initial design
You failed to provide required content after ordering
You approved the final draft and later requested a refund
You exceeded the revision limit without agreement on additional charges

Service-Based Business

Due to the custom nature of website design services, returns are not applicable. All sales are final once the service is rendered.

We’ll review your case within 3-5 business days

Ownership After Refund

If a refund is granted, all rights to designs, layouts, or content created by FastWebs.io will remain with us. You may not use, distribute, or publish any work refunded by us.
