By using our website www.fastwebs.io and/or engaging with our services, you agree to the terms laid out below. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users, clients, and site visitors.

1. Payment Terms

A non-refundable upfront fee of $50 is required to start work on any website project.
For basic website packages (up to 6 pages) and e-commerce websites (up to 5 products), the remaining $200 is due before the final website is handed over.
Failure to make the final payment may result in project cancellation or withholding of deliverables.

2. Delivery Timeline Disclaimer

While we proudly advertise 24-hour delivery, this is not a guaranteed commitment. The timeline is subject to FastWebs.io’s discretion based on workload, scope, and client responsiveness.

3. Revisions Policy

Each project comes with free revisions, as long as the original concept and scope remain unchanged.
Turnaround for revisions is typically 48 hours.

We offer up to 15 revisions per project. Requests beyond this limit may incur additional charges.

4. Refund Policy

Because we invest time and resources from the moment a project begins, our refund policy is as follows:

The $50 upfront fee is strictly non-refundable.
No refund will be provided after the final website has been delivered or approved by the client.
If you choose to cancel your project before any work has started, you may request a refund of any amount paid, excluding the $50 upfront fee.
Once any draft, design, or version of your website is shared with you, the project is considered in progress, and no refund will be issued.

Refund requests must be sent to support@fastwebs.io and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

Once full payment is made, you will have complete ownership and rights to your website.

If a refund is granted at any stage, FastWebs.io retains all rights to the design, code, content, and other deliverables shared with the client. You are not permitted to use any part of the refunded materials.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are expected to provide timely content, feedback, and approvals to keep the project on schedule.
Delays caused by lack of communication may affect delivery timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

FastWebs.io is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website use or delayed delivery.
Loss of data, revenue, or business caused by third-party tools, hosting platforms, or plugin providers.

8. Website Content & Compliance

Clients are responsible for the legal compliance of the content they provide (e.g. copyright, trademarks, data protection). FastWebs.io does not assume liability for user-provided content used in the development of the site.

9. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services (e.g. contact forms, analytics, chat plugins). Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and FastWebs.io is not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms.

10. Changes to These Terms

FastWebs.io reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the service constitutes agreement with the latest version of the terms.
